It is the only European representative of the Ficus genus which brings together nearly six hundred species, most of them tropical. Thanks to its buds, we obtain a very effective concentrated macerate, the most used in gemmotherapy. Its benefits are multiple. The use of fig tree buds in gemmotherapy is recent and is of interest for its broad spectrum action. Indeed, fig bud macerate has balancing properties as well as a natural soothing action.
