The effectiveness of Chili Warm is based on the combination of plant extracts and essential oils recognized for their activating properties of blood circulation and in particular: Chili essential oil, source of capsaicin. Capsaicin is known for its calming properties. The application of Chili Warm helps to increase the temperature of the application area. Wintergreen essential oil: wintergreen is known for its soothing properties. It is very appreciated by athletes and soothes muscular and locomotor tensions. Arnica mother tincture: it contributes to the relaxation sought during the muscle preparation phases. What to combine Chili Warm Gel with? In addition to Chili Warm, you can apply our Marine Earth after exercise to accelerate your horse's muscle recovery. Application (15 min before exercise): Massage the fleshy areas (shoulders, back, rump) using circular movements to penetrate the warming active ingredients. Smoothing the back: Slide your hands on each side of the spine, from the withers towards the tail, to soften the topline. Toning: Finish with light tapping on large muscles to stimulate responsiveness. Some tips to optimize the session: Timing: Apply the gel approximately 15 to 20 minutes before work. This is the time needed for the active ingredients (Arnica and Wintergreen) to begin to act. The direction: Always work from front to back (from the head to the rump) to respect the natural direction of blood and lymphatic circulation.
